The program

What we’ll build together

A 90-day, 1:1 mentorship. You’ll build your channel, your production system, and the team to run it, with me guiding every step.

Weeks 1–3 · Build

Position your channel around your offer and expertise, plan your first five videos, set up your scripting and filming system, and hire your editor and thumbnail designer (or decide what to keep in-house).

Weeks 4–10 · Publish

Publish on a steady schedule while I review your scripts, titles, thumbnails and early analytics, and we adjust as we go.

Weeks 11–13 · Convert

Add the credibility content that turns viewers into inquiries (proof, client stories, your point of view), build the path from video to booked call, and plan months 4–12 so the channel keeps running after we finish.

The outcome

By the end of 90 days, you’ll have:

✓ A documented system: scripting templates, a Notion production board, and SOPs
